Our top/box/tipper covers are produced from 800gsm pre-pigmented tarpauline PVC, with a base Panama weave of 12x12.  Due to the operational function of these covers, we recommend using 800gsm although for a lighter workload, 700gsm can also be used.  For flatdeck trailers, 700gsm is the norm making the tarp still easy to handle when folding.  


Branding can be added to all top/box/tipper covers, normally on the overhang.  A standard font stencil can be used for basic lettering, or a customized pounce can be cut for personalized logos and sizes.  Various colours can be used.  Although heigh restrictions on branding, you can still make your brand visible on all tarpauline top covers.

Our PVC tarpaulin top covers are produced according to client’s operational requirements and is available in a range of standard colours. Top covers are produced from either 700gsm or 800grm pre-pigmented tarpaulin PVC with a 12x12 Panama weave base, ensuring durability and strength. Stencilled branding can be added to any of the top cover products with either a standard stencil font, or a customized stencil based on a specific logo. We also do customized tarp covers with specialized conversions to suit trailer specifications.

Box covers

Box covers are mostly produced from 800gsm PVC, but on request, also available in 700gsm. Popular trailer box tarp covers include moving/cargo floor trailers, dropside/grain trailers and bottom dump trailers. Finishing is completed with the required specification of rope, stretch cord, eyelets and pockets

Tipper covers

One of the most popular items is the side tipper top cover, manufactured from 800gsm pigmented PVC including the required pockets and cord for the perfect fit.


Various sizes are available for the different cube side tipper trailers with different configurations to best suit the load type and operational usage.

Tautliner Roof Covers

PVC roof canvases are produced to your trailer specification with customised options available for extra strength and endurance.  Our service also includes fitment of roof canvases by means of our C/F Section hardware components.


Branding like Company name, logo or fleet numbers can be stencilled for tracking purposes.  In the case of existing fibre glass roofs, we also offer a condom roof fitment to cover the existing roof structure. Additional parts like corner plates and roof support poles can be fitted when required.

Flat tarps and cargo nets

PVC tarpaulin for flat decks is available in various standard colours and are produced to client's requirements with the option of adding eyelets and rope.


Further strengthen and protect your load with the addition of cargo nets. Our cargo nets can be customized to various sizes with mesh block sizes suited for the type of load. Cargo rope is available in various thickness and colours.

  • What grammage / thickness must I use for my tarp box/tipper cover?

  • My Tautliner roof has a leak. Must I replace the roof completely?

    Most leaking roof covers can be corrected with a fresh silicone sealant, or a patch and weld in the case of minor holes.  


    We will first conduct a proper water test before recommending a full roof canvas replacement.


  • Can tipper covers be repaired?

    Most cuts and tears can be fixed with a simple cut, patch and weld procedure without even having to remove the cover.  In some cases the tarp may need to be replaced, and is the repair a short term solution whilst new tarps are being manufactured.
